Menti is a nonprofit initiative dedicated to providing educational resources to teens and young adults entering college, the workforce, or simply looking to grow.
To support those who are starting out and may not have their own support systems, we provide mentorship and teaching in the form of easy-to-read articles, blogs, and convenient guides.
Our mission is to support every youth in developing the skills and knowledge needed to achieve their fullest potential and enjoy their learning journeys.

Kelly is a multifaceted early-career professional curious about the intersection of business, data, product, and technology. Her experience spans marketing, pro-bono consulting, project management, and data analytics. In her free time, Kelly enjoys giving through community service and mentorship, furthering personal finance goals, traveling, and cooking!

Sandy likes to use data to tell a story and make informed decisions whether it’s looking at numbers to determine the next steps for a business or parsing through reviews to pick out the perfect restaurant for dinner. She enjoys learning about different communities around the world and working with youth development. Recently in her free time, she has been researching skincare products and making overly-sweet desserts.
Fun Fact: I have been learning how to make matcha drinks and desserts.

Recently, he built his first ever PC Gaming Rig and is addicted to learning more about tech hardware.

I’m a 4th-year Business Economics student with minors in Analytics and Supply Chain at UC San Diego. I’ve recently accepted an offer to be a full-time Associate Consultant at Mastercard in San Francisco, and have previously interned at Mastercard (S’25) and West Monroe (S’24) as an Associate Consultant Intern. Most of my professional experience lies in tech consulting and sales, but I know I also have a long road ahead ahaha 📈
Outside the office, I love all things sports and music. I’m a huge basketball fan 🏀(go Warriors!! 🌉) and recently have been getting into pickleball. I love EDM 🎧and have been teaching myself to DJ and play guitar over the past 2 years.

I am currently a third year Business Psychology student at UCSD and recently transferred from a different UC, making this my first year living in San Diego 🌊. My career interests focus on understanding people and behavior and applying those insights to business strategy and people operations.
Most of my experience has been in marketing and outreach roles. I previously worked as a Tapatío Brand Ambassador for about a year and am currently working with Sour Punch Candy. Through these experiences, I discovered that the most rewarding part of my work has been the people facing aspect, which has led me to explore interests in Human Resources and Customer Success.
In my free time, I enjoy listening to EDM 🎶, drinking matcha 🍵, cooking 🍳, and exploring more of San Diego. Psychology is especially a huge interest of mine and something I never get tired of talking about, especially anything related to human behavior/development, relationships, and why people do what they do!

I am currently a fourth-year International Business student at UC San Diego. On campus, I’ve been very involved in Alpha Kappa Psi (pre–business fraternity) in the past. I’m currently interested in pursuing a career in business analytics and development.
Last summer, I worked as an Area Manager intern for Amazon, which is under operations. A lot of what I did was working to help optimize processes. I am also currently a Made-to-Order Sales Associate for Triton Outfitters on campus.
Outside of my professional and academic endeavors, I like to: make and go to matcha cafes🍵, travel ✈️, and take pictures of my food + the places I go to.

Currently, I have been actively pursuing different learning opportunities through working in various internships to grow my skill set and develop my professional experiences specifically in real estate and finance. I'm also involved on campus organizations like Triton Real Estate club and AKPSI.
When I have free time, I love playing sports such as volleyball, basketball, and spikeball. I also like discovering new hobbies; some new ones I have picked up are playing guitar, climbing and running.

In the past I have worked as a tutor at a Kumon Math and Reading Center and have held a position as a design intern at Green Eagle Enterprise Corporation. I am currently hoping to gain some type of experience within the realm of hotel operations in the near future. 🏨
Outside of academics, I enjoy playing soccer, practicing photography, being outdoors, eating good food, listening to music, and playing the drums. Please lmk if you have any good food or hiking spots! 🤤🌲

I am currently a second-year student at UC San Diego studying Cognitive Science with a specialization in Design and Interaction and a minor in Biology. The major’s name is excessive, but think human-centered design, such as UI/UX and product design.
Last summer, I interned at a production studio in Taiwan, working on a second season of a Hulu reality show! All the outfits featured on the screen were personally curated by yours truly. I currently work for UCSD’s Department of Education Studies as a Communications assistant during the academic year.
In my free time, I love anything DIY/crafting (currently learning beaded embroidery and trying to finish at least one crochet project), listening to music (developing a new love for jazz), and trying new things (ready for my class pass).
